Called for the first time 10/17/23. I asked if they service NYC. I am in NYC and this company is in White Plains NY. (45-minute drive because i used to drive there daily to work). He said yes but hesitantly. A male answered and I described the problem with furnace. I told him a previous plumber replaced a part last week and it stopped working. Outstanding customer service. The mechanic Spiros was very thorough and offered follow-ups while he was troubleshooting and repairing my HVAC system. He was also very respectful and honest. Once the job was complete he tested the system. He then walked me through the invoice so I understood what I was paying for before he left. Thank you for the under 24 hour turn around.
