I've been seeing Dr. Skylar Orton regularly for about six months. I initially contacted her for treatment of ongoing lower back pain at night triggered by a bone spur between two of my vertebrae, complicated by scoliosis. The exercises that she prescribed for me made a huge difference in the frequency and severity of my pain. When I slipped on the ice and sprained my ankle, she taped it up, advised me on ankle braces and gave me exercises to rehab it.
