Activecore, specifically Dr. Tia Totura, helped me resolve and provided great information for addressing several of my health issues (lower back pain and neck and jaw pain). Dr. Totura was very thorough in her evaluation of my issues. She instructed me on a series of progressive exercises that have fundamentally resolved my lower back pain from 8 months ago. Highly recommend her care and I am very grateful for her care. TRW
Tia helped me rehabilitate my R shoulder after the joint was replaced. She was systematic and thorough in her approach and I progressed at just the right pace. I appreciated having her attention for an entire hour. She always sent me away with exercises to work on that were doable but challenging.
