I came in for my arthritis and to prepare for my wedding! The people here are extremely nice and helped me get very comfortable. They gave me the option to do the sauna session with or without the 02 oxygen mask which made a difference. The EWOT mask was helpful when it came to me being in the steam sauna cabinet because it helped me breathe a lot easier. Found out about this through a relative and immediately set an appointment up since I am unable to tolerate the pain from chronic inflammation from syringomyelia. With in minutes of being in the sauna I felt total relaxation from my tense nerves and muscles. I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to tolerate the heat but once I started breathing with the 02 EWOT oxygen mask it made a complete difference. I live a little far out so not sure how often I can make it out but it’s worth the drive for pain management.
Im a pro boxing/fitness trainer and have been sending my gym clients over there cannot express how much their performance has drastically increased after a couple of sessions. Highly recommend this for people wanting to do harder workouts.
I'm so glad this is finally available in Houston. I'm into my second treatment and have felt great ever since the first session. My energy levels are so much higher, my vision is so much more clearer. The first session made me very tired a few hours after, so I took vitamin C and slept the entire day. I woke up the next day with a sense of well being. My arthritic pain has diminished greatly from a 1-10 to about a 3. I'm excited about how my health will evolve with the continuation of these sessions.
Ozone is a technology with way too many health benefits to list here. I will say this for me. For a bothersome sciatica that comes and goes... it worked like magic! One and gone. Just completed my 3rd session today and results just keep getting better and better!
