Poor quality of service, no staff training, never took on any responsibility, had to give continuous direction and request. Find a real PROFESSIONAL care provider
The service we received was fair at best. the care giver was not trained and served as a baby sitter. We had to instruct her on everything that needed attention, from feeding, to cloth changing, bathroom cleaning and all other issues that the new provider performed. Did not realize how poor the service was until we retained a new provider. The owner never did an interview, home inspection, provided backup support, or review with us the performance of the care giver provided. Stay away, seek a GOOD service provider.
