We signed up this am with Alpha Williams from Active Pest Solutions. He was super friendly, explained everything so clearly. He was honest and kind and we hope he is our technician always.
Had them out twice and still dealing with fleas. Definitely put a dent in them. But I didn't pay 400 dollars to have less fleas, they are supposed to be gone. EDIT: Rick from their office reached out to reschedule an additional visit at no cost, he was very polite and understanding, while disappointed that the prior treatments had not been completely effective. I'm hopeful this will deal with the remainder of the infestation. Will edit again post service with results.

Technician Erren came to address some issues and they were expertly handled and being managed with professionalism and expertise. He is also informative, clear with his assessments and very nice.
Mid May, we walked into our summer home and notice mice dropping throughout the house. We called Activ Peat solutions immediately. They came the same day. Joe assessed the home and fabricated a plan. He was courteous, professional, and answered all our questions. He successfully eliminated any evidence of mice within a few days. Joe provided us top notch service and looking forward to working with him for our follow ups.
