My favorite part of the gym is how family oriented it is, and how private it can be for either morning or late night gym sessions. Danny and Christian have kept the gym clean and available for those who are willing to maintain it. As for my gym journey Danny has kept me active and healthy with his guidance. It’s commitment and I appreciate the motivation they provide to the gym environment.
I had the opportunity to work with Danny for two weeks while on vacation and it was a great experience. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and intentional with every workout and piece of advice. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive and effective trainer.
Have been going for over a year and feel better than ever. I have done both personal training and group classes and always feel like I get a good workout.
I love this gym and the brothers that own it. I have a personal trainer whom is Danny.He is amazing and handles business. I love that he does consultations to see where your body movement etc. is and assist you from there. He is a super great trainer and even when I reach my goal target I will still be training with Danny. All the guys that own the location has super amazing energy m. Be sure to check them out. You certainly will NOT be disappointed 🙌🏽❤️.
Had an amazing time at my local gym! Trainer Isaiah took my workouts to the next level. Staff is super friendly and remembers your name. Prices are great, classes are effective, and the gym is spotless. Love the extra touches like merchandise and beverages available. Highly recommend!
