My company had purchased all of our warehouse shelvings here since day one of our existence (over 20 years) since they were in Santa Ana. Well over 10K in new shelves over the years. We bought these gray bolt-less shelvings on wheels (about 25 units) so we can move them easily in the warehouse. Years later the rubber / plastic part of the wheels started falling apart. Great customer service! They Verified my order the day before delivery and I had missed counted quantity of load beams i needed and they added it into the order to be delivered. They notified me an hour before arriving so I could be home to direct delivery and where to place it. The driver was very friendly and was a quick and painless drop-off! The quality of the pallet racks is really good, very easy to assemble. Sturdy and strong.
Bought racks for my garage. Easy to unpack and install. Now I can actually properly store stuff in my garage! 10/10!
