Great customer service! They Verified my order the day before delivery and I had missed counted quantity of load beams i needed and they added it into the order to be delivered. They notified me an hour before arriving so I could be home to direct delivery and where to place it. The driver was very friendly and was a quick and painless drop-off! The quality of the pallet racks is really good, very easy to assemble. Sturdy and strong.
Bought racks for my garage. Easy to unpack and install. Now I can actually properly store stuff in my garage! 10/10!
Falsely advertised. I bought bulk racks that claimed to have a shelf load rating of two thousand pounds. I put 720 on a shelf, evenly distributed, and the two beams are bowing out like crazy. These racks can’t even support half of what they advertised. I even checked with customer service before I ordered and they claimed that a shelf would hold up to 2000lbs. Not happy.
They do it right. We have been going to AWP for all our warehousing needs for decades. Only the best, forget the rest.
