JJ is very kind and patient individual. I have never bought or rode a road bike before, but JJ treated me with the utmost respect and spent time educating me. He spent 2 hours setting me up with my bike and all the accessories I needed. You don't see this kind of service in to many business. I recommend him and the store to everyone.
