I can’t believe I just read an article about how your company cut up and elderly mans 2thousand dollar ebike for parts because it was left there too long during a pandemic. Obviously he and his family could not come get it on time. So you guys just cut it up and sold the parts. How shameful. I will be sure to spread the word in by biking community.

Ordered a specialized electric bike and picked it up here- it was put together and charged waiting on me within 24 hours! He noticed I was short and offered to cut the seat down for me too! Great service, just like a high end sports bike store should be!
You could listen to female customers instead of standing over them in a threatening manner. You could except your errors instead of attacking the customer's integrity. You could gove refunds instead of insisting you are right. After wasting 3 trips to your little shop, I was actually able to get my tire fixed at a reputable company in clearwater, who listens to customers and puts the right size tubes on tires. I still want my refund you refused in your error.
Never have to worry about over charges or unnecessary work being done with Action Wheel Sports ... they've been in business for over 35 years ... I won't take my motor scooter anywhere else for repairs !!!
I've purchased four scooters from Action Wheelsport. This is a family owned business with fair pricing and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend going there for scooter or cycling needs.
