I was very grateful to Freddy for responding to my early morning request to diagnose an odd noise (barking sea lions?) from my Volvo S-80, along with an intermittent oil pressure light. We were driving from Orange County to Monterey on a recent Monday night when these odd symptoms started. EXTREMELY overpriced shop! Knowledgeable, but very arrogant owner. Caliber of work performed was acceptable, but not great. Not the worst Volvo shop, but near the bottom of the list.
Great shop if you are looking for the Volvo repair. I brought my 2018 XC90 Volvo here for 40K miles service. Completed everything on time as promised and reset the computer. Also washed the car as the Volvo dealers do, but everything is for about 30% less. Strongly recommended.
Freddie is great. Very friendly, straight up with you, fair priced. I'll be taking my Volvo wagon to him from now on for sure.
