Very rude and impersonal. Worst place to drop off your Volvo car( Any model) . Very irresponsible. Overpriced .

I was very grateful to Freddy for responding to my early morning request to diagnose an odd noise (barking sea lions?) from my Volvo S-80, along with an intermittent oil pressure light.
