Came in to check for viral and bacterial infection. All to find out the test they sent to the labs was only for viral infection. Meaning I’d have to come back and retest etc. They also charged me for a no show fee of $50 which was actually a rescheduled appointment not a no show…. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would refund if I emailed their team. I’m emailed with no reply. Felt like a waste of time.
I wish I had read the other reviews about billing. This business is very poorly managed. They went out of network with Blue Shield and failed to notify patients in any way. It wasn’t mentioned when I called to schedule the appointment, nor when I checked in. The front desk staff even confirmed my insurance... Only afterward did I receive a $500 bill.
