I’ve been fighting for a reimbursement for over 6 months and everyone’s passing the buck. First of all, they can’t enter or update important data needed for insurance. I’ve contacted customer service and have talked to people many times on the phone with screenshots and photos, but it’s still not fixed. Do not go here for any emergency. Absolutely careless, incompetent and and lack of urgency. My mother came in with a 180/89 blood pressure and Roxanne spent 45min asking her for her insurance information, which we had verbally provided and emailed a copy. No vitals taken. Not even seen by a medical care professional while not single person was in the waiting room. Now we know why. They'll let you die in their lobby before they provide any care.

I have the exact same struggle, got billed incorrectly and contacted multiple times with promises to fix the issue and never heard back, it’s been several months and the incorrect billing issue is still not resolved, for those who got yours fixed, could you please tell me how?
