They always take good care of me. This time it was because I needed stitches taken out of the top of my hand. Everyone I interacted with was caring and helpful. And the doctor did such a good job of taking the stitches out that I barely noticed it was happening. He even recommended that I try some zinc oxide cream to possibly heal faster.
I had an appointment and when I arrived I was taken to exam room within one minute. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Dishonest billing practices – beware!!! I went to Action Urgent Care for quick visit that led me to a blood test. Before scheduling my follow-up call to review results, I explicitly confirmed with their staff that it would be part of the original visit and not billed separately. They assured me it wouldn’t be.
