I had two visits with Action Urgent Care in April 2026 and have had difficulty getting clear answers regarding the billing. For my April 17 visit, my Anthem EOB shows that a $390 office-visit charge received a code indicating that additional information/correction was required from the provider. I took my sick son here with a 40°C (104°F) fever, and I was extremely disappointed with the care we received. Before even examining my son, the doctor asked about our race/ethnicity. After learning that we are Persian, he told me he was not going to prescribe any medication and that we should just go home and give him Motrin. Because my son had such a high fever, I insisted that he be evaluated. The doctor only performed flu and COVID tests, which were negative. Aadil, the physician assistant, was very kind, thorough and attentive. He took the time to ask detailed questions and was very careful in understanding my concerns. Because he gathered everything so thoroughly, my visit with the doctor afterward was short and efficient. I really appreciated his care and attention. Thanks to the entire team for making the visit smooth and pleasant.
