Service from checkin to examination - superb!!
Really kind and helpful nurses, I was quickly helped on a Saturday afternoon, and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. However she forgot to send my antibiotic prescription for a painful UTI. I called the next day to ask why CVS hasn’t received the Rx, the nurse on the phone says the doctor forgot but they’ll send it right away. 3 hours go by and CVS still doesn’t have it, I call again and a different nurse claims they already sent it yesterday and I should go in person again, then claimed the pharmacy was at fault.
