We had an excellent experience with Dr. Whitney at Action Urgent Care today. Our daughter, Supraja, had a fall at school this morning and bruised her left knee and right palm. Dr. Whitney was incredibly thorough in examining her injuries and provided clear, detailed guidance on how to care for them properly. Visited for a Covid test and Austin made the experience easy for me. I didn't freak out as much because he was gentle and reassuring.
If you want to get a wrong diagnosis result, please come there. We visited here today for our baby. The guy and the doctor do not show respect and seems they don't like their job. Their poor device and service indicated that our baby has lower level of oxygen vlaue 90. We are quite sure the diagnosis result is totally wrong. We went to the emergency room as they required, and got the result that oxygen level value is 98 which is good.
