Great nurse (V. W.)! She was very patient with my child, knowledgable, and attentive. The environment is clean, and the intake and RN assessment process was thorough, personalized, and expeditious. On the other hand, the physician that accepted the teleconsult for my child, seemed, in my experience, unattentive and in a hurry, as if she was doing us a favor. Nonetheless, her prescription did make a difference. The human connection, kindness, and thoroughness of the nurse made up for it.

I liked the clean personal office. No one else was there. I made an appt. The nurse was professional. She told me about the concept of chatting online with a doctorl like a Skype chat. Much better than ER. And was less germy. I was very pleased with my visit
