Years Roy has been taking cars and never giving them back Continues to make promises he can’t uphold while giving every excuse in the world. He has a “f” rating with the BBB I knew nothing of any of this before giving Roy my vehicle and now he is refusing to give it back.
Roy Oakey has had my truck for a 2 years to do a 6 hr transmission swap. He keeps giving me dates and times to pick up my truck but doesn't follow through. Will not return calls . Seems that EVERYONE has the same interaction. What is he doing with our vehicles? I'm going to court. Also, he gets up here & gives himself 5 Stars to bring up his poor ratings. So unethical!!!!
