Charged double what they quoted. Told me to get the wrong part then blamed me and the part store, but installed the part anyways so I couldn't get my money back. Took almost 4 hours to do an hour job. Left us sitting in the lacking waiting area with no communication until after they had already installed the wrong part using a hammer in the process.
