Went here today 15 minutes early for my scheduled oil change and upon checking-in, I was told to wait never thought I end up waiting for 35 minutes . Other client that came several minutes after me was given the service first. The receptionist only took my key after I got her attention. I was frustrated and disappointed I took back my car key, left and did my oil change somewhere else instead. I find them very unprofessional and disorganized.
