Customer service was wonderful! The process was smooth and straight forward! Darren was very informative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining treatment. He answered all questions and concerns. Our appointment with Darren was professional and personal. Hard to find these days. Look forward to doing business with them in the future! Bill and his partner were great@ very courteous, restful and pleasant. Explained everything they were going to do, gave safety information, cleaned everything up neat and tidy. Very efficient and didn't waste time. I would recommend Bill and Action to anyone! .

I had a great experience with both Andy and Darren. Andy did the inspection and was very thorough! He carefully checked where the termites were coming from and clearly explained the activity and the treatment options. He also took the time to explain which approach would be best for our home. Darren did the treatment today and was also very professional and detailed. Nick was great. He sent a “head’s up” text message that he was on his way in advance of my appointment time. He arrived promptly & was very professional. Nick looked at the area in question & determined what needed to be done. He treated the area & then reviewed it with me to explain was he did.
