Action Spa sold my hot tub repair person a part that had been sitting on their shelf for 20 months. It failed 17 months after being installed and the owner refused to offer a replacement even though I said I'd cover the costs to install. Horrible customer service, selling dated parts.

So glad I found this company. We had ongoing issues with our hot tub for a while and spent some money on repairs with other companies without getting a lasting solution… But now it is working as new! Kudos to Kevin for the great work! 100% recommended.
These guys are awesome! I called them and they happened to have a tech in the area that came by the same day and fixed my tub in Encinitas. Kevin is a great tech. He changed my filter and a sensor that wasn’t working.
