If you'd like to spend $650 dollars on a warranty repair that takes them less than 2 hours to accomplish including the initial service call, then this company is for you. Our modem went out on our solar system months ago and we were called by Action Solar two months after the fact to let us know. I usually check my solar app but with two young kids and a busy job, I hadn't checked recently. We had action solar install and when the electrician install the battery on the wall, he puncture the wall so much and knock out power in our bathroom. He told us he would return to fix it and we had wait 3 weeks for him to return. He still didn't fix it. He claims he didn't do it. We have try to contact our sale rep and he doesn't respond at all. Right now we have no power in our bathroom and our solar isn't worked properly.
