If I had the choice to do this over again, I would call City Sewer instead. They have always done good work and left things clean and tidy when they left. It took me half a day to clean up the mess Action Sewer left in my kitchen and basement. I called to tell them what had happened and they seemed unconcerned, and treated me like I was being annoying. Who is more annoying? Someone doing you a favor and calling to politely give feedback so you know what's going on in your customer's homes? Or having to clean up black sludge ... read more

Antonio was friendly and efficient. I called and explained what was going on with the floor drain in my basement and he explained what he thought the problem was and fixed it right away, I will definitely be using them again!

THE BEST! I recently had James out to fix a problem at my home. He was kind, professional, and explained the problem and the remedy. I called on a Sunday evening, spoke with a person who set me up for Monday morning and James was there by 8:30 am. I highly recommend Action Sewer and Septic. I would give a 100 rating!!

I called them after the first sewer company failed, ( Hint CB, not to mention their prices were more than 5x this company). He was pleasant and patient with securing removal of roots. again, that the other company was suppose to have removed. 2 days prior. I would recommend calling them first!
