Unorganized takes too long cancels appointment last minute multiple times lots of "miscommunication" doesn't bring expected parts rude office ladies PUT THE PEDIATRIC WHEELCHAIR TOGETHER INCORRECTLY took parts from wheelchair that were supposed to be left on leaving child with a broken wheelchair after two months of waiting to have it grown and did not bring the parts they promised to have Took over a month to even fax papers to his Dr. *************** Wish I had gone elsewhere.
This company has not been complete when fixing my mom's wheelchair at the nursing home. Since she is in a nursing home ******** wont cover the repairs and they are taking advantage of every opportunity to charge my mom that they can. They don't keep good records and charge $85 just to go LOOK at the wheelchair saying they dont have record of previous issues or notes from the tech about previous issues.
