Unreliable and Unresponsive We signed a contract with Action Roofing in August for a simple shingle replacement and paid a deposit, but the process has been a nightmare. The permit was repeatedly rejected, including once for nonpayment, even though we were charged $500 for a $100 permit. When questioned, they finally paid and sent proof a day later. Dan was amazing. Did an overall inspection of roof and was very thorough. Explained in great detail what needed to be done to repair roof. He was professional and courteous.
