If I can give less stars I would; not the quality of service hoped for and I received complaints from my neighbors about excessive noise from recklessly slamming equipment and other items around the yard and from the roof
After replacing the roof to an addition it started to leak again after 3 years. I politely called to have someone look at the roof and it took almost a week for a follow up. They told me I would have to pay again because they only honored a 1 year warranty on their work. They said I'd get a call with a quote and they never called. After speaking to several other roofing companies I was told one year warranties are unheard of. If you want poor service and poor quality Action Roofing is perfect for you.
Hired to replace roof. Removed lighting refused to reinstall. States there not electricians. Yet they removed it. Among other things that arnt worth mentioning. Just spotty. No one major issue but many small ones. Wish i picked someone else.
Received a report from a housing inspector which indicated a further assessment should be done by a roofing professional for a couple areas. Instead of making an actual assessment to see if the fascia needed to be replaced and look for an active leak in the flashing, the company produced a quote to replace everything - fascia, plywood, flashing, etc and the quote totaled nearly $5K. With fast and easy access to the attic and a basic inspection camera they could have done a proper job.
First impression poor customer service right out of the gate. Nothing like having appointment times set and confirmed for 12pm, then receive a call from the company at 11:15 saying can we change the time to 1:30pm. After taking time off work I explained my situation and said unfortunately I cannot wait till 1:30pm.
