We had an appointment for 11am today. We waited until 11:40 and called to see why no one was here yet. We were told they would reach out to the person who should be here and get back to us. Fast forward to 3:30pm. Still no word so my husband called again. The person told him that they may have overlooked us and they could come next Tuesday.
