I called Action Repair service Inc of Freeport, NY for an issue A/C issue, two very questionable individuals where dispatched that immediately refuse to address the actual issue of no air coming out of one vent, but instead insisted that I purchase 3.5 Lbs. of freon gas from them at $135 per pound. They were extremely rude and aggressive, and they threatened they would not do any other work if I did not spend $405 in freon gas. This company needs to do a lot of work on improving their customer service skills. Staff do not know how to talk to people and I would never recommend that anyone do business with them. Very unprofessional.
Great service!! I was out of town for business and my wife called at 4:30 NY time to tell me AC was out. By 9 PM that night they had a courteous technician at our home who got it up and running. Couldn’t be happier with Action Repair.

Complete rip off! Maytag certified?! Wow! Repairmen came to fix Maytag fridge, they replaced broken part then said we needed a second part that was discontinued. Took out the new part and our $85 and told us to buy a new fridge. We did not need the second part, the first part just needed to be programmed! A Maytag certified repairman should absolutely know this! My husband fixed fridge in 10 minutes after watching a YouTube video. They refuse to refund our $85 for service call.
