Worst place I have ever rented from! They would never respond to any form of communication. It was like pulling teeth every time something needed to be done! I would never ever rent from them again. They also over charged me for everything when I left and completely screwed me and refused to take my call to talk about it. Gabe is a horrible businessman and I am positive that this company will not be up and running much longer.
Repair requests ignored, phone calls not returned, house is rundown. Do not recommend.
If you are a home owner and would like your property run into the ground, go with this company. If you are tenant and want your repair requests ignored, I recommend them. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
