We came to visit friends in Michigan and rented sleds from the owner Bill (which seemed very nice "at first"). I called the prior day to check on the "free room" on the website that "Bill" said the rooms are here if you need them. Well when I spoke to Bill the prior night he said the drop off was not going to work and the rooms were no longer available.
