I was renting a house that Rachelle was managing and she was very reliable and easy to deal with. The owner sold the house and she stepped up to help me find a place to buy. It was not an easy process due to the lenders and the place I wanted but she was in my corner the whole time and got me through it! I definitely suggest action reality!

(We rented through this company 2014-2016) First off, if I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the WORST property management company that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. It started from Day 1 when Diane would not even send me the lease for me to look over before signing. On the day of move in she told us that she would send us the lock box code by a certain time. Diane did not send us the code until 3 hours after the time she had specified. We tried contacting the office, her phone, and her assistant... read more
Do not hire this group if you want them to follow your HOA guidelines. They do not enforce guidelines. They dont realize that their name 'action' is a verb and you have to do something. They do not hold our community accountable; instead when you bring up a problem they say they will block you. They say your the problem for bringing the problem to them to fix.
