Working with a relative. They bought a house cheap and sold for more than double. Yes I bought it...Bit Action realtor said home owner fixed the yard, so specific said he left extra dirt, but yard was never touched. 3 weeks later sign still in my yard, realtor lock still on my door. No regard for property. Pictures available for proof. Names if you need them. Buyer beware.
I was calling to find out about rentals for Section 8 but was told to come and pick up a property listing. Not sure how much that would help me unless it has listings for Section 8. The woman that I spoke to was nice enough though.
