We loved working with Teresa! She was our 2nd realtor since the first one never was available, never answered us back and hadn't wanted to show us anything. Teresa tho contacted us immediately, with the help of realtor.com on a SUNDAY. she had 2 places we wanted to see lined up for showing the very next morning. Teresa crew did not contact us to let us know our offer had not been accepted. Instead i found out online that it was pending sell to another buyer. I don't mind being outbid. But at least have the common decency to call or email me and let me know that my offer was not accepted. I will have nothing to do with any property that has an action realty sign in the yard.
Teresa did amazing helping us buy our first home. Would highly recommend her and this company
