Let me start by saying this is the worst experience I've ever had. When I first moved into my apartment the carpet was dirty, had stains that did not come out. The bathtub fossit leaked, which ran up my water bill, in the 5 months that I lived there they never sent anyone out to fix it. The bathroom sink was disgusting it had holes in it, filled with mold and mildew.
