The house I purchased in April 2021 was listed by Action Realty in Sturgeon Bay. The zoning was incorrectly listed by them as Residential when in effect it was commercially zoned. The deal progressed so quickly I had no chance to check the zoning - I trusted that they had done the work they are paid to do- properly represent a property to a client.
