I would have a hard time doing business with these people. The listing agent is only available after a property is under contract, in my opinion. Its almost like the good ones are under contract before they hit the website. No one in the office knows anything about any property they have listed. Who's keeping these people in business?
Don’t rent from them, don’t do business with them. We used to rent a place from them, and this place was so outdated with damaged carpet. When we left, they blamed us for the damages that were already there when we moved and they took so much money from us.
Have had interactions with this company for over 10 years (mostly with Laura Haven), any issues were dealt with in a very timely matter. Everyone I've had dealings with were both professional and personable.
Please stop by ask for Ms Duncan. She will get you what you want when it comes to buying a home.
I hate janky places like this, thank god we were able to finally find our dream home!!! To begin, my wife only received half of her security deposit back! What blows me away is the fact that this rude woman, had the nerves to tell us that we will be charged due to us covering up the small holes in the house. Her response was that, if we didn’t cover them up, they would not have had to paint the wall.
