My 20 plus year old zone indexing valve broke and I needed a new 6 zone valve. I went to Action Pump & Supply to talk about replacing mine. He offered to replace it at a fair cost and also offered to sell me exactly what I needed to replace it if I wanted to do it myself. I have never replaced one before and was somewhat reluctant but decided to give it a shot myself. An Expensive Disaster Avoided – EXTREMELY bad experience with George at Action Pump! We had a leak in the cap of our artsian well. He cut the top off the well and in trying to find a good pipe he used his wrench to literally beat the sediment off. He destroyed the pipe two feet down. Then he gave up. Telling us we would have to pay $800 dollars to fill in the old and drill a new well for $3,000. He left a bubbling well and huge sink hole which caused the pavers on our walkway to cave.
