I called Ross today, April 25th, about a property that would be available for rent on July 1st (per the website) and as soon as I was done with my question he answered right away “No, it’s rented.” Then I proceed to ask him if there were any other listings available and he answered, “No, thank you.” And hung up. WTF? It’s like he doesn’t want to talk with potential future tenants. I don’t know what this guy problem is but he’s definitely not a good businessman. I am not originally from North Carolina or this area in general, I am from Iowa. My fiancé and I are moving to the New Bern/ Havelock area in the summer and have been very adamant in our search for a rental home.
