Action Property Management has looked after my building for the past year. They have done a great job in reducing my expenses , vacancies and looking after the building. I can recommend Wanda and her staff as a reliable property management company
I entrusted Action Property with two of my units for over 14 years. Unfortunately there were only two management companies in Fort St. John at that time. I trusted they were doing quarterly maintenance inspections and taking care of my property. I think over the years they got too busy with many properties and failed in their inspections and property care.
