Absolutely unacceptable experience with Action Properties. We live in Totem 2, and the level of negligence and poor customer service we’ve experienced is beyond frustrating. We have raised multiple maintenance requests over a long period of time, and they have failed to take any action whatsoever. Our washbasin has been clogged, and despite reporting the issue repeatedly, nothing has been fixed. No follow-ups, no urgency, no accountability — just complete silence and inaction. Super shady management. They seem to have a racket going with the deposits. Cleaned the place spotless, left it better than I found it, and followed the checklist to a tee. Lady doing the walk through had little to add in regard to further cleaning other than some dusting, but relayed she was told to ‘quote high’ on the cleaning fee, $300, and to not be too concerned. Had mold on the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. Asked them to fix it and they painted over it. Just like the painted over the leak in the ceiling instead of fixing it properly. Also moved in and the house wasn’t clean. Had to wait over 8 hours for a cleaner to come
They were great to rent from. Fast at getting to minor maintenance items. Move out inspection was quick and fair. My experience was terrific and I would definitely rent from them in the future.
The owner and manager of Action Property in Fort St John , Wanda is an amazing lady. All the issues in my unit were fixed right away.
