Safety needs to be their priority. Action really needs to place an emphasis on having their management and staff maintain a safe environment and follow association guidelines. Our building has a policy to notify owners prior to entering a unit. The building engineer feels he does not need to let owners know he is entering a unit and enters and exits as he sees fit, without any notification.
