Well things could never be fixed because the company does not pay its employees. Work all week you buy your own material and your checks would be a 2/3 short. After a while the maintenance can no longer keep up with a demand and not the money.
I would never recommend any of my friends to live here. They are unprofessional and never fix anything. The lease/contract states that emergencies are fixed within 24 hours and other things are to be fixed within 72 hours. However, it took them months to repair the washing machine and they have yet to fix the dishwasher, and it's been about 2 months now. This company recently took over managing my complex. The manager Connie, seemed really nice at first. When I found out I had a water leak outside my apartment that needed repair, things changed. She stopped taking my calls. When I did get through on the telephone, some how we would end up disconnected. Yet this company will very quickly give you an eviction notice if you are more than five days late with rent.
