upfront and honest I met with terry the owner and felt comfortable with using there property management. Not pushy, gave me all the information i needed. No pressure. will use if i decide to rent out. PROS: upfront and honest CONS: none

The Best After hearing years worth of horror stories regarding property management companies from both renters and owners, I really lucked out with Action. I applied for a rental on July 3rd, 2019. I was in contact via email with Madison regarding my application and documents she needed. I submitted everything asked. I got verbal approval on July 8th and when I emailed for an update on the July 9th, my application was declined because the owner was "not comfortable" with my income. My rental application was in first, I submitted all documents requested, have sufficient credit scores, have met all the income and reference/history requirements. Action Properties is the best Property Management Company in California, hands down... Over 25 years of owning properties and hiring Management companies, Terri A***** is the greatest. We have no worries with Action Properties and can travel at our leisure. Thank you, Terri!

Action Properites has managed a 5 unit Apartment house I own in Roseville for over two years. I am very satisfied with their service their monthly reports are clear and easy to understand. They have been responsive to my questions. I would recommend them if you are looking for a property manager.

When we first moved to Roseville, we rented a home managed by ActionProperties. The AC unit went down and was not fixed until 1 week later...in August. They decided not to fix the dishwasher when we called twice. Not a pleasurable experience.

Action Properties has been my parents neighbor's property management company. They have helped them through a tough time, renting and then when she decided to sell, they were still very accommodating. I would highly recommend them if you found yourself needing any property management services.
