UPDATE NO LONGER FIVE STARS. Deanne is not there now...WE GOT COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. When we moved in we had to clean up a past tenants dog crap, no big deal but once we moved out they accused us of EVERYTHING that was wrong that we CHECKED ON THE LIST, upon move in. We almost went to court and sued them. But since this cost too much money I will just try and warn you DO NOT USE THEM.

We rented from Action properties for several years and they always came through for us whenever we had any problems. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had a water heater go out and they replaced it in short order with no hassles at all. I give them top marks in all areas.

rented us a great house! – We have been renting with them for some time and the office girls are great! We had some sprinkler problems and the maint man was there the next day to fix it....no charge. This other guy must have other problems, because they have been easy to work with for us. don't plan on moving anytime soon.

RIP OFF!!!!!! – These people moved me into a house that was filled with garbage, a back yard that hadn't been mowed in what seemed like years. I was on the verge of eviction and was charged an $80 late fee while I was hospitalized, don't get sick because they don't care. After my lease was up, I decided to move, when they found out, I was immediately evicted. Illegal practices! – Don't make the same mistake I did! Action Properties is the most corrupt leasing agency in Reno, please do not rent from them. They moved me into a house that was infested with mice and black widow spiders (which are deadly). Myself and my 11 lb dog both got bit by a black widow in our house, resulting in over $3500 in medical and vet bills. Never rent from them! There nothing but a JOKE..... – When I rented from them its been nothing but a hassle. The process took forever, and then they wanted more money! From the start ive had nothing but problems with the house, anywhere from the toilet leaking to spiders you name it, it’s happened. very slow in doing repairs and requires repeated requests – It took over 2 weeks and several requests to repair the noisy attic fan. Sump pump clogged and stunk the lower floor of the house a little over a month ago. It took 2 requests and over a week later before the repair was started. I called for the same problem yesterday 10/8/09 and wonder if when will they come to fix the problem. It is now the weekend and unlikely someone will be coming.
