Wonderful service! Whenever we have a small item that needs fixing, we get immediate response and follow up until the issue is solved. Really very happy with the service they provide.
Stephen and Terry were great to work with! Stephen responded promptly to confirm my appointment, learn more about my needs, and was very informative about the rental property. Terry processed my application same day and provided relevant information about transaction fees.

We are working with Stephen and Terry from Action Properties to rent out our condo in downtown Mountain View. The process has been very smooth and we are feeling well taken care of.
