I worked with Dedy Efendi and his team at Action Properties for almost 20 years, managing a rental property through times of economic crisis, pandemic, and all the way through to selling (for full asking price) this past year. Dedy was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout; always super responsive, professional, competent, efficient. I lived literally on the opposite side of the country and even overseas during that time, and I never felt ill at ease. I cannot recommend Action Properties highly enough!
Stephen and Marvince at Action Properties in Mountain View were very responsive in scheduling repairs when I first moved into a rental they manage. They quickly coordinated the replacement of the heater, an appliance, and the repair of a wiring issue. I was very satisfied with both the timeliness of their responses and the actions they took to resolve these issues.
I rent a condominium in Mountain View with Action Properties. They are amazing, everything is well maintained and if you need maintenance in your home they fix it quickly
I want to thank Rafael and Stephen. Stephen helped me with move in and help resolve any repairs at my condo in Menlo Park. Very responsive and smart manager. He is good person who works hard.
