I want to thank Stephen and his team at Action Properties. He has been very helpful throughout our stay. He genuinely cares about us, is always responsive, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. We appreciate everything Stephen has done. Highly recommended!
I scheduled 9/26 4pm for a room tour on home renting. Despite I have it confirmed from their website & email address, they cancelled the visit around 20min before for "No phone # to verify". Well how they do anything is how they do everything. I see a bunch of positive reviews from here and yelp regarding maintenance. Could be a totally different group of team handling welcomes.
Great. We like the good support from Stephen and Lisa. My home is in Mountain, view. Action Properties has been fantastic to work with! Their maintenance team in Mountain View is extremely responsible and quick to respond. I recently submitted a maintenance request for an electrical issue with a recessed spotlight, and they coordinated everything seamlessly to get it repaired right away. Excellent communication and top-notch service!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Action Properties provided a great overall experience. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend Action Properties to anyone looking for dependable real estate services!
8/18/26 Here’s a followup review after over a year’s lease of this residence under Action’s management: our experience has been quite positive. This older property has had some significant issues including a leak from a broken pipe damaging the floors. Action’s staff responded promptly to all our messages and always sent competent and pleasant repair staff who did needed work as efficiently as possible. They also coordinated well with the landlord so that the expected disturbance to our residence here was kept to a minimum. ... read more
