Great. We like the good support from Stephen and Lisa. My home is in Mountain,view. Action Properties has been fantastic to work with! Their maintenance team in Mountain View is extremely responsible and quick to respond. I recently submitted a maintenance request for an electrical issue with a recessed spotlight, and they coordinated everything seamlessly to get it repaired right away. Excellent communication and top-notch service!

8/18/26 Here’s a followup review after over a year’s lease of this residence under Action’s management: our experience has been quite positive. This older property has had some significant issues including a leak from a broken pipe damaging the floors. Action’s staff responded promptly to all our messages and always sent competent and pleasant repair staff who did needed work as efficiently as possible. I recently submitted a maintenance request for my property, and the Action Properties maintenance team took care of it quickly and professionally. They replaced 4 false-triggered fire alarms in my unit, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
I cannot recommend Action properties landlord and management team enough. They have been a pleasure to work with and the quality of their customer service exceeded all of our expectations during our stay in one of their apartments in Mountain View, California.
