We met with Andrew Mirza for two homes in the South Bay Area, one in Sunnyvale and another property in Palo Alto. Andrew was extremely helpful and accomodating during our search for a home. He waited an extra 5 minutes for us when we were stuck in traffic for the Sunnyvale showing, he answered all questions professionally snd helped walk us through the application process. I highly recommend Marvince Carbonel & Maria Pamat, Maintenance Services, Action Properties, Inc. They are the maintenance managers for Encinal Place in Sunnyvale, and have been very helpful to me in resolving issues like wasp nest removal on my balcony, air conditioning repair and new filter installation, water heater repair, and carpet cleaning in public spaces.
