Typical used car dealership. My boyfriend bought a EV there at a "discounted" price but they charged massive fees and didn't explain clearly what they were. They kept insisting that some of the fees such as the "car appearance fee" ($2999) and detail fee ($995) were "mandatory" and standard for the dealership. Visited this dealership virtually while shopping for a Genesis. The vehicle listings were clear, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency when asking for out-the-door pricing. They add on a bunch of fees to bring the price back to their original sale price. Big scam and wasted my time calling these people. The sales person lied or just doesn't know how to do math and the receptionist is ignorant when I told her about it. She said," they weren't gonna sell me the truck now. ". Thanks for being honest.
