I have Been Buying cars from this dealership for over 15 years and have referred a lot of people to this dealership. I been very, very happy with all my purchases and experiences I have had with each car. The Staff is very polite and friendly. You will be very happy and satisfied to buy a car from this dealership!!
Not honest with their Internet pricing!! Make sure before you go here that you call and ask about their hidden fees that you have no way of verifying, like ceramic coating, LoJack on vehicles that come with app accessibility from factory, and a bunch of other things they do to the car and then want to charge the customer for as if you asked for those services. Very shady and arrogant sales staff.
See what others have said recently. Not completely honest on pricing. There are add-ons that cost thousands of dollars. Would give 0 star, but there car ads list some add-ons BUT they appear as options. Is questionable if they really add LoJack as a standard and not only after you purchase. The price for ceramic paint protection is ridiculous and hard to prove it is there since it is a 30 minute dealer add-on. This has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The manager and owner worked with me on the numbers to get to an agreed price that I could live with it’s a blessing to be able to pay for a car and not have to finance it. It was a very enjoyable experience very good team here and very fair. I would most defentely buy a car from Action Automotive again.
