After having issues with a dealer in KY over issues they refused to take care of, we came to Action Powersports, a 4 1/2 hour drive. They pledged to do everything they could to fix a family member RZR, after Action investigated and found the dealer actually damaged the unit during reassembly, Action kept pressure with the manufacture of the side by side to get it fixed under the warranty, finally an agreement was reached. Had my rear sprocket go out on my bike on the side of the interstate the guys at action power sports went out of there way and even stayed after closing a few to get me back on the road! Thanks guy! Helped me out big time!
They are the best place to get your supplies and new atv or side by side around illinois. I would recommend them to anybody.
They went out of their way to warranty my RZR, unit wasn't even purchased from them. Excellent service & friendly as you'll find. Highly recommended, take the drive !!
GREAT people, GREAT customer service. Would recommended this place to any and all looking for an off-road vehicle.
