We called to have a water softener and shower installed. They came out, tested the water, and never called back. We called multiple times and talked to them, said they would call back and let us know when they could come. After a month of not calling us with a quote or a date, we proceeded with JP's Plumbing who had everything finished in two days. Action told me on the last time we called, they dropped the ball.
