My water heater was leaking and I want to get a tankless water heater so I called and Mitch was supposed to come look at it but never showed up. I called again and they had Drake come out and look it over and he said his manager (Mitch) would get me a quote. I did not receive anything. I just called again and talked to Rachel and she said she would have Mitch give me a call. I didn't get a call. Really poor service and follow up.
Had multiple service calls for warranty water heater. Drake was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also repaired sub pump that reasonably priced for repair. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs and services.
My landlord is cheap so maybe that’s why but every time I had a service with them. Something else was now wrong. They’ve had to keep coming back and frankly it’s really annoying. Had different plumbers every time and they all never fix the issue or make it worse. Sorry had to say it cuz now I’m annoyed
These guys used cheap parts at my parents house which have cracked three times. Owner refused to respond.
