Always a prompt response and great service. I highly recommend!
Appeared to be knowledgeable and friendly. Completed the job in a timely manner. However, had an issue with furnace, the next day, service provider returned the next day, apologized for the issue with the replacement part , which was not detected with the naked eye. Both employees were professional and respectful at all time.. The issue was resolved. I would call on Action Plumbing and refer them to friends and family.
Update! Had to call again about my furnace. It turns out my toddler flipped the switch, so it was a super easy fix, thankfully, but they were out here within an hour of calling. Excellent service! Called, and they came out the same day. The tech was super friendly and got the job done. Definitely will use again if needed!
