Yesterday two gentlemen came to give me an estimate on repairing/replacing. They were so nice, polite, informative and patient. They gave me pointers on extending the life of my water heater. I like their price point for the replacement which was lower than my first estimate for replacing my ac unit. I will be calling them this week to set up an appointment for the replacement.

Your service man was very professional and courtesy and answered all my questions. The only reason the company got a 4 instead of a 5 star was that they give you a 2 hour window that you must be there for and you were 2 hrs past that time.
