We have given all of our business to Action - bath remodel, new furnace and a.c. - lots of $$$$.Now a year after new a.c. installed - well within warranty period, we consulted them re: poor placement of condenser under our deck. This caused extreme heat and noise, let alone wear and tear on the appliance. The technician agreed it was poor placement and should be moved. When this new a.c. was purchased and installed, I guess we trusted that the professionals would know where and how to install for maximum efficiency.It had to... read more
