I loved that they walked me through troubleshooting for potential problems rather than setting up a billable service call that may just have been a simple fix. It wasn't, and I ended up having them replace a 35 year-old hot water heater. They walked me through options, presented me with advice, and were very transparent about costs. Inefficient, poor scheduling, and many mistakes made. Still dealing with their mistakes years later with a new plumber. Highly reccomend looking elsewhere for plumbing services.
They are a very nice company to do business with! They are fair and respectful! They got back to me during their scheduled time and were in and out within minutes! It's the second time I've used their business!
