They did not show up for our scheduled appointment, and when I asked about a possible discount on service after having to leave work and miss out on pay the owner's response was "just go ahead and sue me, I am not dealing with you". He was very unprofessional and had the nerve to defend them missing my appointment with "how many times have I waited for a cable man?" The only difference with that logic is the cable man usually shows up. Will not be using them EVER!
Action plumbing is one company that I would depend on to come to my house and take care of all my home pluming. They did a great job and very fair priced I might add, I would recommend action plumbing to everyone in Jackson.
